Campus Prayer Walk
Someone said that “the best strategy without prayer is like the fastest car without gas.” Prayer for schools and the ministry that takes place on campus is essential if schools are to be impacted with the message of the gospel.
Campus prayer walks provide a strategic opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of our praying. A campus prayer walk is as simple as going to a local school and walking around the campus as you pray for the school-the workers and students. It is not always possible to go completely around a school because of fences and other barriers, but as much as possible walk around the entire campus. Prayer walks can be done in a variety of ways. There are two basic approaches:
(1) Informal: This can be one person or several people who want to visit a campus and walk around the campus and pray;
(2) Formal: This is an organized prayer walk that involves a group of people who want to go to a campus and walk
around the campus and pray.
