Director’s Bio

Cecil Culbreth serves as the President of His Story and also serves as the National Coordinator for Prayer Zone Partners Prayer Force. He is a U. S. missionary.

His Story facilitates the distribution of scripture evangelism materials such as the Book of Hope to students across the nation. The Book of Hope is also provided for church planting projects and other outreach venues.

Prayer Force is a strategic prayer initiative for the youth and children of America. The prayer zones are (1) the campus; (2) the church; and (3) the community.

Cecil served as the District Youth Director for the Arkansas Assemblies of God for sixteen years. During his last seven years of leadership, Arkansas ranked #1 in the nation in Speed the Light giving. Cecil also served as a senior pastor for ten years. During his last pastorate, before being selected as District Youth Director, his church ranked #3 in the Arkansas District in World Ministries giving.

Cecil serves as an Executive Presbyter for the Arkansas District Assemblies of God.

Cecil is a certified church consultant and also a member of the Society for Church Consulting.

Cecil is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University. (SAGU) He also received an M.S. in Practical Theology from SAGU.

He has preached around the nation doing missions convention, Speed the Light Tour, Light for the Lost tours and ministry in churches.
